The Ocean Stewardship Program (OSP) focuses on assisting coastal communities in the Koh Rong Archipelago in southwest Cambodia and is the country’s largest island-based marine conservation initiative. 

What will you do

  • Gain personal hands-on experience in marine conservation initiatives 

  • Work alongside experienced conservation professionals with previous successes in: 

   - Establishing Cambodia's first Marine Protected Area 

   - Setting up an artificial reef programme 

   - Delivering youth environmental education

   - Creating the Archipelago’s first Solid Waste Management system 

  • Live and work in a traditional Cambodian fishing village 

  • Ideal for those studying marine biology and environmental conservation, or those with a passion for the marine world and ecological conservation

  • All program activities, including: Scuba diving, PADI scuba diving course fees and Learning manuals 

  • In-country support from experienced program staff 

  • An engaging career development workshop 

  • First aid training
